CAPTAIN U-TURN RIDES AGAIN
Captain U-Turn led (and I use the term loosely*) another fun group ride on Sunday from Kit Carson Park.
If you weren't there you missed out on much fun and frivolity.
It was a smallish group (where were all you guys?) that gathered in the parking lot at Kit Carson. There were actually two more of us,
Lori and Terie, who were off on a nature break at the time this picture was taken.
*Please note that when the rather brisk wind was in our face the group was quite happy to let Captain U-Turn lead while the group drafted lazily from behind. When we headed back with the wind pushing us along the group was only too eager to leave the exhausted Captain U-Turn behind.

Captain U-Turn was sporting the latest in cycling outerwear designed by the famous active clothier Yves duh No'Where.
By the way, I should point out that even though we rode south and then turned back north there were no U-Turns on the route.
