One Big Ketchup

I got a little behind. Work's been busy and I've been able to train again, as a result blogging's been a little difficult.

So here's this past week in a nutshell.

Monday Night Track

Kate reads the workout that came out of the Magic Workout Hat. The workout (after the usual warmup, of course) was 2x400 with 3 minutes rest and 2x1600 with 5 minutes rest. The catch was that you had to predict your 1600 time and get closest to your prediction to win prizes.

You can see from the results above that Nancy and Diane tied for first and Joni came in third. Hats and gloves courtesy of Fleet Feet Sports went to the top three places while Deana took the prize for the participant who came the farthest to run track.

After the workout we had a nice group at Il Vicino but I was too engrossed in discussion to take pictures.

Wednesday at the Academy

Big group at the Academy on Wednesday even though it was rumored to be cold. There was a bit of a breeze out of the north that made for some interesting going along Wyoming but overall we had pretty much perfect conditions for running.

Saturday at Flying Star

It was a crisp, cold, clear morning on Saturday making for perfect conditions as a group of about 20 Warriors came out to run through Bear Canyon from Flying Star up to Tramway and beyond.
